摘要
Abstract
Objective:In the process of pediatric nursing,get the ef ect after application of detail management. Method;200 patients in our hospital from 2011 October to 2013 October were analyzed by random number table method al the patients were divided into A1 group (observation group)and group A2 (control group),thegroup A2 patients mainly routine nursing care,group A1 patients care+details management,complete nursing observation the resultswere obtained. Result: In two aspects of nursing satisfaction and quality of care,the A1 group outperformed the A2 group obviously(P<0.05). Conclusion:With the development of the details of management in the process of the implementation of pediatric nursing,wil ef ectively improve nursing satisfaction of patients,improve the clinical ef ect of pediatric nursing.关键词
