Abstract
Objective: To explore the ultrasound and CT diagnostic value of adrenal gland Tumors and tumor-like lesions. Methad: The pathology of 49 cases 0f adrenal gland tumors 、13 cases of tumor-like lesions by fol ow-up review of patients were retrospectively analyzed and compared by CT and ultrasound. Results: Among 62 cases of adrenal masses ,only 14 cases were adrenocortical adenoma,4 cases were cortical carcinoma ,13 cases were pheochromocytoma , 12 cases were adrenal myelolipoma, 2 cases were bilateral adrenal NHL, 4 cases were adrenal metastatic tumor,2 cases were cyst and 11 cases were adrenal hematoma. In detection rate, 85.5%(53/62)results were by ultrasound and 93.5%(58/62)were by spiral CT . However, the two methods have no significant dif erences ( 2=1.07,P>0.05). Diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound was 62.9% (39/62), and that of spiral CT was 72.30% (45/62). And the two methods were also not significantly dif erent ( 2=0.66,P>0.05). Diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound and spiral CT was 91.9%(57/62), the result is significantly dif erent from ultrasound( 2=7.71,P<0.01) with spiral CT( 2=3.94,P<0.05). Conclusion:Ultrasound and CT diagnosis of adrenal tumors and tumor-like lesions into two good inspection methods; their combination, can significantly improve adrenal tumors and tumor-like lesions diagnostic accuracy.关键词
