摘要
Abstract
Objective: the nursing experience of palatopharyngeal plasty. Methods: from 2010 April to 2012 in our department in August there were 5 cases of adult patients with snoring, the velopharyngeal care before and after angioplasty or uvulopalatopharyngoplasty surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results: after operation were given the level of care, wound healing in about two weeks, the average hospital stay was 21 days. Patients with postoperative snore and breath in 5 cases were significantly improved compared with preoperative, without complication. Conclusion: good uvulopalatopharyngoplasty peri operation period nursing, help the patients successful y completed the operation treatment, reducing the preoperative anxiety and postoperative pain, reduce complications, improve the quality of life.关键词
