摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the ef ect of integrated nursing intervention on the life quality of the patients in patients with peptic ulcer. Method:randomly selected in 2012 January to - November in our hospital 98 cases of peptic ulcer patients as the research object, according to single and double beds can be divided into the observation group and the control group of two groups of 49 cases. The implementation of the control group of basic clinical nursing, the observation group in the control group and the total nursing based on the scores of related indexes, two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results: the treatment group total ef ective rate (87.76%), sleep quality score, the average daily amount of exercise (3.94 ± 0.6, 14.98 ± 2.56) was significantly higher than the control group; anxiety (35.5 ± 9.5) was significantly lower than the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion:the comprehensive nursing can ef ectively improve the clinical treatment of patients with peptic ulcer with ef iciency, reduce anxiety, improve the life quality of patients, it is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
