Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical ef ect of holistic nursing on acute severe cerebral infarction patients. Methods clinical nursing requirements were observed in 64 patients with acute severe cerebral infarction. Results the overal ef ective nursing, has achieved satisfactory clinical ef ect, al patients had no injury, hypostatic pneumonia, urinary tract infection, bedsore and other complications, 64 cases of patients with acute severe cerebral infarction with no deaths, al discharged. Conclusion acute cerebral infarction in acute stage is especial y the most dangerous period, and cardio cerebral apoplexy coexisting with poor prognosis, disability rate, high mortality rate. Through close observation of changes in consciousness, vital signs, strengthening the nursing care and psychological care, strengthen the diet and rehabilitation nursing, help to reduce morbidity, mortality.关键词
