Abstract
Objective:to AFP, u E3 andβ-HCG for Down syndrome and neural tube defect screening for retrospective analysis of reliability, screening, to obtain the local normal risk screening for Down's syndrome value, establish the ef ective means of monitoring the eugenics. Methods: in our hospital during 2009-2012 and Baojian Railway Station and treatment of 2015 cases of mid trimester of pregnancy (14 weeks-21 weeks) women with chemiluminescence detection AFP, u E3 and β-HCG, high risk for Down syndrome in amniotic fluid cellchromosome diagnosis. Result:2015 were screened in 4 cases of abnormal, diagnosed 3 cases 21 trisomy syndrome, 1 cases of spina bifida. Conclusion: it is suggested that the region AFP, u E3 and β -HCG MOM values for second trimester screening for Down's syndrome is feasible and practical, but needs to be perfect.关键词
