摘要
Abstract
Plasma D - dimer level on patients with lung cancer and peripheral blood leukocyte increase relevance and significance. Methods By using enzyme-linked immunosorbent (ELISA) in 74 cases of lung cancer was plasma D-dimer and healthy adult controls were determined, and the patients and healthy adult controls peripheral blood leukocyte count.Results Lung cancer patients plasma D-dimer levels rising and peripheral blood leukocytes were positively correlated.Conclusion Lung cancer is the plasma D-dimer was positively related with peripheral white blood cellcount, can be used as one of the important indices for evaluating prognosis of lung cancer.关键词
