Abstract
Objective To investigate the ef ects of treatment that application Clindamycin Phosphate Suppositories treatment of bacterial vaginosis, so that the rich clinical experience. Methods 150 cases of bacterial vaginosis, were randomly divided into two groups, 75 cases each, in 2011 March -2013 year in May in my hospital. Patients in the control group by Ornidazole Suppositories treatment. The observation group was treated with Ornidazole Suppositories joint Clindamycin Phosphate Suppositories treatment. Results The total ef iciency of the observation group was 98.7%, higher than 88%in the control group, the dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0.05). The 6 month fol ow-up showed, the recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.7% lower than that of the control group 13.3%, the dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of Clindamycin Phosphate Suppositories treatment of bacterial vaginosis, good curative ef ect, can promote the patient's symptoms improved remission, improvement of the quality of life, and the treatment period has not seen the obvious discomfort, safe and reliable, it has high value in clinical application.关键词
