摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze and evaluate the malaria prevention ef ect during 2005-2013 in JiaLing district.Provide the scientific basis eliminating malaria in the district.Methods By col ecting the malaria prevention and treatment information of JiaLing,since 2005,including the demographic data,malaria epidemic report,case investigation,case screening,et.The Excellsoftware was adopted for this statistical analysis.Results The malaria incidence rate from 2005 to 2013 was 0.49/100000;the cases were mainly dominated by laboratory diagnosis,accounting for 60%(18/30);The cases were mainly dominated by the imported cases;accounting for 90%(27/30).After 2009 cases of local infection rates significantly lower than in 2005-2008, the dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0.05).After 2009 cases of malaria infection rate of the floating population has increased,but there was no statistical y significant dif erence (P>0.05).Conclusion The malaria prevalence is ef ectively control ed in the local area since 2009.But the malaria incidence in the floating population was higher,should continue to strengthen the monitoring and control.关键词
