Abstract
Objective To investigate the two kinds of methods on telephone interviews after PCI impact patient compliance. Methods January 2011-December 2011 in our hospital underwent PCI in acute myocardial infarction 126 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group fol ow up cal observation. The control group by the charge nurse and the patient was discharged one week after my third at 3 and 6 months and one year fol ow up cal , a total of five times, last visit 1 year. Patients were observed in the group of telephone interviews of family members of patients while also visit for health education related knowledge. Patients were observed for 1 year compliance situation. Results The medication in compliance with health, regular exercise, science diet, timely medical care, and other aspects of physical and mental state than the control group. Conclusion After PCI patients and their family members at the same time fol ow up cal , give ful play to the role of family and social support, can improve their treatment adherence and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
