Abstract
Objective To investingate the application and ef ect of minimal yinvasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in treatment of pediatric renal calculi.Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 45 children with kidney stones between February 2009 andNovember 2012,age3-12years old,average 6.1years old,32males , 13females,al the patients were Uyghur 16children wereright kidney stones ,24children were Left kidney stones,5children were Bilateral kidney stones,al patients were received minimal y invasivepercutaneous nephrolitiotomy,Results Al the minimal y invasive percutaneous nephrolitiotomy on the children were successful ,on cases changed to poen operation ,37 cases were cleaned ata first operation ,8cases have residual stones ,Total stone clesarance rate was 86%,the average operation time was 51.4 min (30-80min),no serious intraperative and postoperative complications.Conclusion Minimal y invasive percutaneous nephrolitiotomy is an ef ective and safe treatment in pediatric renal calculi, with the advantagesof less trauma, quicker recovery ,fewer complications, and high stone clearance rate.关键词
