Abstract
Objective To observe the traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with NB-UVB ef icacy in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods To divide randomly 84 patients of psoriasis vulgaris in our hospital into 2 groups (each group 42 cases), the control group using NB-UVB treatment, observation group were treated with NB-UVB, traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath treatment, curative ef ect of two groups. Results The treatment the total ef ective rate of observation group was 95.2%, significantly higher than the control group (76.2%, P<0.05), the dif erence was statistical y significant; in-hospital time of the observation group and adverse reaction rate was significantly bet er than the control group, (P<0.05). Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with NB-UVB therapy has significant curative ef ect of psoriasis vulgaris, and lit le adverse reaction, can ef ectively accelerate rehabilitation process.关键词
