Abstract
Objective To study clinical ef icacy and safety of cesarean section merging myomectomy in extrusion method. Methods 56 pregnant women with hysteromyoma received myomectomy in the process of cesarean section which were compared with 60 pregnant women with simple cesarean section on operative time, amount of bleeding, postoperative intestinal peristalsis recovery time, incision healing time, postoperative complications, lochia clean time etc. Results Both methods were safe. Operative time of the 56 pregnant women with hystermyoma group significantly longer than the control group and no significant dif erence on the amount of bleeding. Conclusion Cesarean section merging myomectomy in extrusion method is safe and feasible.关键词
