Abstract
Objective Use MRCP and MRI characteristic analysis to improve the knowledge and diagnosis of vater ampul a carcinoma.Methods Images of 20 cases of vater ampul a carcinoma were get and analysised.Results 20 cases vater ampul a carcinoma, the MRI appearance is lower biliary obstruction and connective parenchyma mass, dif erent tumors have dif erent MRI strenghth,MRCP appearance, location, and largeness from dif erent sources. Al the 20 cases were in accordance with the diagnosis of MRI standard of vater ampul a carcinoma, and 18 cases (90%) were in agree with pathological diagnosis, 2 cases were undefined (10%).ConclusionConventional MRI and MRCP have good diagnosis and dif erential diagnosis value for vater ampul a carcinoma.关键词
