Abstract
Objective To study the esophageal variceal ligation of perioperative nursing bleeding under endoscope.Methods Fracture patients with esophageal variceal ligation in treatment of hemorrhage in our hospital 67 cases of cirrhosis with esophageal varices, perioperative nursing,including preoperative preparation and psychological nursing, postoperative close observation of the disease changes and bleeding signs, to strengthen the diet nursing, medication nursing. And to observe its clinical curative ef ect, complications and hospitalization time.Results The hemostasis rate was 100% (18/18), the cure rate was 47.8% (32/67) of varicose vein,the improvement rate was 44.8% (30/67) of varicose vein.the average hospitalization time was 17.9d, no serious complications occurred.Conclusion Esophageal variceal ligation can ef ectively control the cirrhosis esophageal variceal bleeding and eliminating varicose veins, good peri operation period nursing is to implement the operation smoothly, the guarantee of successful operation, promote the rehabilitation of patients, reduce complications, shorten the course of the key.关键词
