Abstract
Objective To investigate the psychological nursing intervention for acute myocardial infarction patients anxiety and other negative ef ects. Methods The acute myocardial infarction patients from 2011 August to July 2013, 96 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 48 cases in each. The control group were given routine nursing in Department of Cardiology, the observation group in the conventional nursing at the same time, given the psychological nursing intervention, two groups were observed before and after nursing care for patients with anxiety, depression and satisfaction. Results The scores of anxiety, depression score of observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group;the satisfaction of patients (95.83%) was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can relieve acute myocardial infarction in patients with anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, improve treatment compliance, improve the quality of treatment and nursing.关键词
