Abstract
Objective Investigation on the management status of hospital archives at the present stage, and the implementation of effective measures to solve the existing problems. Methods Visited several hospitals in our city, discusses the existing problems, in the management of hospital archives. Then,implement the corrective measures, starting from the problem. The work ef iciency compared to the hospital before and after rectification. Results According to the results of the survey, there are archives management problems at work in our city hospital at the present stage, including: file management system has not been perfect, the lack of awareness of archives, archives management personnel overal quality is low, archives management, lack of clear division of labor, and file management lack of perfect facilities. The efficiency of the hospital, after the rectification was 94.1% higher than before the rectification 79.3%, the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion Timely to discover the existing problems in the management of hospital archives, and the implementation of specific measures, to improve the efficiency of the hospital, it has very important significance.关键词
