Abstract
Objective To evaluate the ef ect of pat ern visual evoked potential (PR-VEP) before and after treatment in dif erent kinds amblyopia children.Methods A retrospective study was conducted with 70 amblyopia children,aged 5~12 years old.They were divided into three groups depending on the dif erent kinds amblyopia.PR-VEP(P100 potential )test results were analyzed in before、six months after treatment and twelve months after treatment respectively.Results Six months after treatment, compared with before treatment, P100 latentperiod was shorted in ametropic amblyopia group, and the dif erence was statistical y significant( <0.05),While not statistical y significant ( >0.05) in six months and twelve months after treatment. Six months after treatment,compared with twelve months after treatment, P100 latentperiod was shorted in anisometropic amblyopia group, and the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05),While not statistical y significant ( >0.05) in six months after treatment and before treatment. In strabismic amblyopia group, the difference was not statistical y significant in before and after treatment. After twelve months, The shorten time of P100 latentperiod in ametropic amblyopia was the most significant among three groups, the dif erence was statistically significant( <0.05).Conclusion PR-VEP test can be used as an objective measurement evaluating therapeutic ef ect of dif erent kinds amblyopia.关键词
