摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the application and clinical ef ects of point-endarterectomy in great saphenous varicose. Methods One hundred patients with great saphenous varicose in our hospital from September 2010 to August 2012 were were randomly divided into control group (traditional high ligation and stripping group) and experimental group (point-endartectomy group). The volume of bleeding, duration of surgery, complications and recurrence rate were compared. Results Both of the two groups were safe and ef ective, and had no recurrence. But shorter time of surgery, less volume of bleeding and post-operative complications were found in experimental group compared to those in control group, there were significant differences ( <0.05). Conclusion Point-endarterectomy is less trumatic, beautiful y healing and easy to operate.关键词
