Abstract
Objective To study the platoon type suture technique in conservative treatment of cesarean section in the postpartum hemorrhage treatment ef ect and application value.Methods Statistics between January 2010 and October 2010 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital cesarean delivery 18 cases, it is in giving palace agent, uterine massage and hot compress, eight suture treatment is invalid after the treatment of uterine suture line type.Results 18 cases after treatment of clinical ef ect is remarkable, the success rate of 83.3%, its operating time is short, postpartum blood loss from 300 to 300 ml, 15 cases were successful postoperative none due to poor circulation or bleeding again and again surgery or hysterectomy, no complications occurred, uterine instauration, no abnormal menstruation after tide time. Conclusion Uterine suture line type has the operation simple easy to master, hemostatic operation advantages of rapid and safe and feasible, is obstetric conservative treatment of cesarean section of postpartum haemorrhage ef ective hemostatic method, suitable for clinical hospital doctors at the local level.关键词
