Abstract
Objective To observe the ef ect of nursing intervention on the prevention of infection in the operation room.Methods 110 patients undergoing selective operation in our hospital were selected according to the cases,stratified randomization method, divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group received routine nursing care,the observation group on the basis of this,nursing intervention,the clinical situation were compared between the two groups.Results Patients with operation room infection rate was 0%,the control group of patients of operation room infection rate was 14%,the observation group patients in operation room infection rate was lower than the control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05).Patients in the observation group the incidence of complications was 3.33%, patients in the control group the incidence of complications was 16%,the observation group were higher than control group,the dif erence was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of observation group 98.33%,control group 80% total satisfaction,total satisfaction of observation group is higher than that of control group,the difference was statistical y significant( <0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can produce operation room infection prevention function from three aspects,to reduce the incidence of infection of patients in operation room,and improve the patients and the families of the patients satisfaction.关键词
