Abstract
Objective To explore the causes and prevention of postpartum hemorrhage,in order to reduce the maternal complications,improve their quality of life.Methods A retrospective analysis of 30 cases of postpartum hemorrhage clinical information and treatment of patients.Results The main causes of 30 cases of postpartum hemorrhage is uterine atony,fol owed by placental factors,the soft birth canal laceration,coagulation dysfunction.Occurrence and mode of delivery,postpartum hemorrhage, the number of pregnancy age also have close relationship.Conclusion Strengthen perinatal health care,risk factors for early screening for postpartum hemorrhage;close observation of birth process,reduce the incidence of postpartum vaginal bleeding,reducing maternal mortality,improve the quality of obstetrics.关键词
