Abstract
Objective To investigate the vascular diseases in patients withdysphagia of senile cerebral main related factors and nursing intervention.Methods Retrospective Investigation on 167 cases of elderly patients with cerebrovascular disease in patients with dysphagia specific reasons for the analysis. Results The 167 cases of elderly patients with cerebrovascular disease, 4 cases of asphyxia, 3 cases died, 1 cases were rescued successfully.Conclusion Elderly patients with cerebrovascular disease prone to choking, andhigh mortality rate. Nursing is the key to the identification and assessment of risk,strengthen the feeding observation, take the correct posture, the correct choice of food, to strengthen the health education of patients and caregivers.关键词
