Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing of hip adduction deformity peri operation period, improve the quality of nursing care, so that children receive timely and ef ective. Methods The operation method of lifting the thigh adductor spasticity and contractures, adductor tenotomy, adductor tenotomy combined with anterior branch of obturator nerve amputation. Results The two methods are used in combination with anterior branch of obturator nerve amputation, treatment of sequelae of cerebral palsy has 65 cases of hip adduction deformity, satisfactory results. Conclusion Peri operation period nursing and operation are equal y important, in combination with other comprehensive rehabilitation nursing method can get bet er results.关键词
