Abstract
Objective Evaluate the impacts and satisfaction of the "Helpful Mandate" model of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, where three level hospital helped country level hospital. Methods Visit six hospitals which form three helpful mandate relationships and take the medical staf questionnaire. Results After the helpful mandate, these hospitals have achieved good economic and social benefits, won the satisfaction from the government, staf s and patients. The tertiary hospitals have set up good social image. Conclusion The method of"Helpful Trusteeship"has showed the validity and extensibility.关键词
