摘要
Abstract
Objective To study autoimmune hemolytic anemia in patients with clinical results using dif erent methods of blood transfusion.Methods AIHA patients in January 2009~2013 in December in my hospital for treatment of a total of 164 blood transfusions,using dif erent ways to treat blood transfusion,blood parameters observed with the occurrence of ef iciency and adverse reactions.Results Group C of up to 100%ef iciency was significantly higher than A,B groups,the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0. 05);adverse reaction incidence of the three groups showed no significant dif erence( >0.05);three treatment groups blood parameters before and after comparison of the dif erences were statistical y significant, and group C was bet er than group A ( <0.05).Conclusion The suspension of red blood cells and white washed red blood cells transfusion therapy can achieve the same ef ect,but the replacement of blood transfusion therapy combined with bet er results for patients with AIHA.关键词
