Abstract
Objective To evaluate the ef iciency of routine urine test and UF-500i urine analysis in diagnosis of urinary tract infections.Methods To analysis retrospective 1660 urine of urinary tract infections ,contrarstive analysis urine bacteria culture、leukocyte esterase,nitrite、numeration of leukocyte and bacteria counting in the same priod. Results Urine bacteria culture、leukocyte esterase、nitrite and bacteria counting have statistical significance for urinary tract infections,but numeration of leukocyte no statistical significance for urinary tract infections. Sensitivity of rouitine urine test and UF-500i urine analysis is 96.2%,specificity is 92.3%,positive predictive value is 78.5%,negative predictive value is 86.8%,total coincidence rate is 93.4%. Conclusion Combined application of rouitine urine test and UF-500i urine analysis and urine bacteria culture are uniform in diagnosis of urinary tract infections and have the diagnostic value of the early urinary tract infections screening.关键词
