中西医结合治疗脑梗死后血管性痴呆的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical ef ect of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine on vascular dementia after cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients who had been treated in our hospital from February,2009 to July, 2013 for vascular dementia were selected as research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group. Conventional western treatment was given to control group. On the basis of of this, traditional Chinese medicine decoction was given to observation group. Then, the therapeutic ef ect was evaluated. Results The total ef ective rate of the treatment in observation group was 82.5%, and it was 57.5% in the control group. By contrast, the variation had statistical significance ( <0.05). The variation in MMSE, ADL and life quality scale before treatment had no statistical significance. However, the scores in MMSE, ADL, and life quality scale got higher after two-month treatment, and the variation had statistical significance ( <0.05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional western treatment, adding traditional Chinese medicine decoction has ef ective therapeutic ef ect on vascular dementia. It could improve patients' cognitive competence and self-help ability, and further improve their living quality. It is worth of being popularized clinical y.关键词
