Abstract
Objective The clinical ef ect in treating bronchial asthma combined application of montelukast sodium and Seretide when. Methods Randomly selected in 2011 June to 2014 January in our hospital 182 cases of bronchial asthma patients as the research object, which were divided into control group and observation group. Choice of control group budesonide treatment;the observation group and montelukast sodium and Seretide treatment. Results In the observation group, the patients in the total ef iciency is 94%, while the control group is 80%. The ef ective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, there is statistical significance ( <0.05). In the observation group, improve lung function ef icacy was significantly bet er than the control group ( <0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of bronchial asthma, at the same time the application of montelukast and salmeterol, pulmonary function can significantly improve the patient's.关键词
