Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical manifestations of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children, in order to develop a positive and ef ective treatment measures. Methods In our hospital infection caused by mycoplasma pneumonia in 50 cases as the research object, the inspection for the throat wall exfoliated cells do MP DNA, according to ELISA specification wil children blood specimens antibody test, with the gold standard method for serum in children with MP IgM test basis.
