Abstract
Objective To further study the personalized care into the psychiatric nursing. Methods In this hospital psychiatric patients were male patient 50, random and divided into observation group and control group, each group of 25 people. The observation group patients by nursing plan of individuation on the implementation of nursing, and the control group used the traditional nursing mode. Results The IPROS scale evaluation results, the observation group of personal interest, social skil s and health status are superior to the control group patients showed. Conclusion Individual nursing to improve medical nurses' professional level and service consciousness, communication between the physician and patient is more ef ective.关键词
