Abstract
Objective To relieve pain in patients with postoperative ef ect of ice compress fractures of extremities. Methods Select 2009 January to 2012 December 100 cases of limb fracture patients were randomly divided into observation and control group with 50 cases in each group, the observation group adopt modified ice ice, the control group received routine nursing care, not ice. Results The 2 groups of postoperative pain fifth days 12h, 24h, 48h, 72h, postoperative were significantly dif erent (<0.05). The pain relief ef ect of observation group was bet er than the control group. Conclusion Bean Bag improved ice bag improved convenience, simple manufacture, can ef ectively save medical cost, simple and convenient operation, firm fixation, avoids the use of rubber ice water pol ution sheets and are not easy to fix defects. Analgesic ef ect of limbs fracture patients, is worth the clinical promotion.关键词
