Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical ef ect of application of stapler in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids in the treatment of. Methods For analysis of diagnosis and treatment data of 185 patients with mixed hemorrhoids underwent PPH operation. Results Were successful anastomosis operation, average operation time 25min, average length of stay of 4 days, no serious complications, the operation went smoothly, no intraoperative bleeding and other operation accidents. Conclusion PPH in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids has obvious curative ef ect, simple operation, less postoperative pain, fewer complications, early recovery, shorter hospitalization time etc, is an ideal method in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.关键词
