Abstract
Venous indwel ing needle and trocar, in recent years a new nursing operation in our country developed. It has caused by repeated puncture and reduce patient pain; stimulation of blood vessels and can be smal , with the curved shape, not easy to out of vessel, facilitate physical activity; reducing fluid leakage, is conducive to clinical medicine and emergency rescue; at the same time, greatly reduce the workload of nurses, improve work ef iciency. But also brings some adverse ef ects in the application process, especial y long-term catheter in patients often leads to some complications. Therefore, the prevention and nursing of complications during the venous indwel ing needle wel is very important.关键词
