105例食道癌根治术围手术期的临床护理体会

Abstract
Objective On patients with esophageal cancer perioperative nursing experience. Methods In 58 patients with esophageal cancer surgery were retrospectively summarized perioperative nursing care. Results 105 patients were recovered and discharged, length of hospital stay 15 to 28 days, anastomotic fistula occurred in 2 cases, infection of incision, 3 cases, atelectasis with pulmonary infection (3 cases), no other complications.Conclusion Positive and ef ective nursing is to improve the success rate of surgery and reduce postoperative complications.关键词
