Abstract
Objective To explore the minimal y invasive gall preserving lithotomy treatment ef ect. Methods Our hospital 2012.2~2013.12 gallbladder stone patients and observe the effect of whole nursing. Results Gal bladder preserving Shuyou conducive to recovery and quality of life of patients with postoperative improvement. Conclusion Minimal y invasive cholecystolithotomy with reservation of gal bladder maintaining normal function, and clear the inflammatory reaction stones of the gal bladder wal long-term adverse stimuli, with less trauma, shorter operation time, less risk, less complications, quicker recovery.关键词
