Abstract
Objective The cause of the increased rate of cesarean section and nursing countermeasures. Methods 1486 cases of delivery in our hospital in 2012 January operation -2012 year in December for women, age 18~30 years old, average age is 23.9 years old, at the same time the humanistic nursing on at the time of delivery. Results In this group, there were 686 cases of vaginal delivery, cesarean section 800 cases, cesarean section accounted for 53.83%, <15% and a far cry from the provisions of WHO cesarean section and the target value, and cesarean section in our hospital is a few years ago the situation, there are more obvious ascendant trend. Conclusion The main reason of cesarean section rate rising from the non medical factors, pregnant women on the natural fear of childbirth, iatrogenic factors, maternal is the main reason of cesarean section cesarean section on trust. Humanistic nursing care can significantly reduce the service funds, making the nursing, medical orderly, also can make the patients get bet er medical care service quality.关键词
