尼可刹米治疗顽固性呃逆48例临床分析
Treatment Efficacy of Intractable Hiccup(IH) by Nikethamide Intramuscular Injection
摘要
Abstract
Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the treatment ef icacy of intractable hiccup (IH)by nikethamide.Methods Compared the treatment ef icacy and adverse reaction of nikethamide or metoclopramide intramuscular injection for intractable hiccup.Results In nikethamide group, 38 cases were ef ective,and 6 cases were improved,the total ef icacy were 91.7%.In metoclopramide group,7 cases were ef ective, and 10 cases were improved, the total ef icacy were 68%.There were significant dif erences in two group( <0.05). Conclusion Nikethamide intramuscular injection is a rapid,ef ective and safety method for treatment of intractable hiccup.关键词
