Abstract
Objective To analyze the causes of failure of silver amalgam fil ing,to guide the clinical treatment.Methods Silver amalgam fil ing operation on 2007 December-2009 April70 cases failed teeth were analyzed retrospectively.Results The causes of failure of silver amalgam fil ing pain,food impaction and fil ing overhang,fil ing of or broken,tooth fracture,microleakage and secondary caries.Conclusion It is suggested that clinicians to correctly identify the pulp status,standard cavity preparation,fil ing,timely adjustment of occlusion can improve the success rate of treatment.关键词
