摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the dif erence of dry accuracy and detection of serum ALT chemical method and rate method. Methods Were used to detect the serum ALT dry chemical method and rate method. Results The precision of the measurement, variation coef icient of determination of dry chemical method for ALT (CV) value is 7.34%, rate coefficient of variation (CV) values of 6.81% and 6.21%, dry chemical method and rate method has a high coincidence rate, showed no significant difference between the 2 test difference between the two methods ( > 0.05). Conclusion Dry chemical method and rate method for accurate detection results, fast, convenient, preharvest screening with dry chemistry method, ef ectively reduce the donors ALT failure rate, reduce blood.关键词
