Abstract
In recent years , Taiwan Council of Grand Justices system has become increasingly specified on the university management .In early 2011 , when the interpretation of No .684 has released , it has a breakthrough on the university students ’ rights.On the basis of analysis of interview data , we know that the university students ’ rights awareness in Taiwan should be strengthened , but the rule of law after decades of campus construction process, the results are obvious , such as the protection of the rights mechanisms tending to standardize , college students ’ right to relief mechanism being more perfect .These are not by virtue of a few number of judicial interpre-tation to be reached .University students ’ right relief system will be more perfect when the rule of law and local de-mocracy is built;as we say this is the process by the amount accumulated to a qualitative change .关键词
