Abstract
The essay used tension perspective as the starting point , and described the tension between the epis-temology philosophy and political philosophy , the tension between the elite education and mass education , the ten-sion between general education and specialized education , the tension between the academic freedom and academic responsibility and the tension between the academic autonomy and exterior intervention from the higher learning ’ s value orientation , service object , content selection , academic value and organization .Based on the analysis of the five kinds of tension , some solving thoughts on how to keep balance among the tensions were discussed so as to offer references for the establishment of the higher education theoretical system and the development of the higher educa -tion practice .关键词
