可行能力视角下贫困大学生资助的理念与管理
The Concept and Management of Poor Students Funding Policy in View of Capability Approach
摘要
Abstract
Amartya Sen takes poverty as the deprivation of basic capabilities , rather than low income .In view of this, in this paper the concept and method of poor college students ’ funding ware analyzed .The results show that the capability development of poor students is the basic goal of value , also is an effective means to promote the comprehensive quality of poor students; the capability development is the important embodiment and guarantee of the equal right of the poor college students;the frangibility and difference of the poverty will prompt the dynamic shift and comprehensive management of the poor students funding in higher institutions ;the standard funding per-formance evaluation system of diversified capability development should be established .关键词
