Abstract
Strengthening the community service is the principle of running school which gradually formed in the process when the University of Pennsylvania deals with the relationship with the West Philadelphia city .Since 1990 s, Penn has paid more attention to the relationship with West Philadelphia .Penn developed the harmonious re-lation through promoting the development of community ’ s economy , improving the quality of public education and building the center for community partnerships .Our research universities can attain some useful enlightenment from this.关键词
