摘要

Abstract

Wien filter is an important element of beam transport ,and its performance is largely dependent on the homogeneity of its electric field .With the finite element code , the electrode configuration of Wien filter was optimized by comparison of different electrode configurations . T he results show that the homogeneous field of optimized electrode configuration is nearly the same as the configuration with some equalizers without increasing the size of electrode . Therefore , the optimized electrode configuration can replace the configuration with equalizers in Wien filter ,and this will greatly simplify the configuration of Wien filter .
