Abstract
In this paper, the analyzing objects are two technical factors of“standard”and“patent”. Effectively making good use of standards and patents integration trends as the target, the writer comparatively studies on the history, legal basis, effectiveness of practices of the standards and patents integration of standards with patents, and then puts forward suggestions on how to combine patents and standards to deal with global standards competition for the leading enterprises in the county economy.关键词
