Abstract
Combining the GB/T 19001 Quality Management System and the management theory, operation mode of GB/T 28001 Safety Management System with the security qualiifcation standards for units of weapon scientiifc research and manufacturing, to establish a scientiifc and effective security management system which is adapted to the scientiifc research, production, management and exploitation, reform and development demand, to provide a solid guarantee for achieving the strategic target of the 14th Institute.关键词
