小微企业融资和人才困境分析及对策研究
Analysis and Counter-measure Research for Financing and Talent Dilemma of Small and Micro Businesses

Abstract
Small and micro businesses attributes 75%of job opportunities and more than 50% of expert earning and fiscal revenue in China. At present stage, small and micro businesses are facing unprecedented challenges. Difficulties from Financing, recruiting and developing are all key factors obstructing development of these businesses. This paper explores issues and troubles by analyzing status quo of capital rising and human resource, and then deeps into resolutions. We find out that the easiest way to get out of troubles of financing is developing small banks and improve financing capability of those businesses, and the most effective way to get out of troubles of recruiting is bring in outsiders, fostering insiders and offering higher salaries.关键词
