Abstract
Affected by population growth, upgrading of consumption structure, resource and environmental constraints tight and other fac-tors, China's agricultural supply and demand will in the long-term shortage of state, the guarantee of and prerequisite for solving the problem of food security is to build high standards of irrigation and drainage engineering facilities. Although China improves irrigation and drainage engineering infrastructure condition continuously through unveiling support policy and increasing capital investment. But its con-struction and management still exist some problems, these problems restrict the development of China's agriculture, influence China's grain supply and demand. Therefore, we should sum up experience, increase capital investment, reform management and operation system, im-portance of irrigation and water conservancy infrastructure ideologically, accelerate the construction of irrigation and water conservancy fa-cilities.关键词
