外源性H2S对氯胺酮全麻大鼠平均动脉压的影响
摘要
Abstract
AIM To investigate the effect of exogenous H2S on anesthesia in MAP rats. METHODS 32 rats were randomly divided into control group and 14, 28, 56umol/KgH2S dose group, the femoral artery approach, using the polygraph observation the effect of exoge-nous H2S. RESULTS Exogenous H2S showed a concentration dependent decrease in MAP rats. CONCLUSION Exogenous H2S has the effect of reducing blood pressure.关键词
